Do you offer both photos and video?
I specialize in both stunning still frames and cinematic films, because some emotions are meant to move, to breathe, to unfold.
How many pictures will we receive?
I don't aim for a specific number, but rather focus on creating quality images that tell your story! You will receive all of the best images from your session. A 30-min session yields 30+ images and an 1-hr session yields 80+ images.
How do we choose a location for our session?
For outdoor sessions, I've done the homework for you. Once you have selected your date and paid your retainer you will receive a location guide, This is a comprehensive guide I have created paired with images I've done at these specific locations. If you are looking to book somewhere different or book a specific studio space - you are responsible for any booking or travel fees associated with that.
When will we get our photos?
Your Turn-Around Times Starts promptly and can vary between 20-30 days approximately. Time starts the following business day after your session has taken place. It is calculated & estimated around in “business days" Monday - Friday not including holidays.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
I understand that life happens sometimes, but in the event of a re-schedule you must notify me at least 24 hrs in advance (or as soon as you know you will need to reschedule) and reschedule within 7-days of your original sessions date. All re-schedules must take place within 30 days of cancellation. We'll work together to find a new date that works for both of us at no additional charge for the first reschedule. Retainers are non-refundable, but a credit for a future session may be issued on a case-by-case basis.
How can we book?
You can book your session directly from my booking site. You select your session type, choose your date, pay your retainer and I will be in touch with you within 24-48 hours to finalize details.
Do you help with posing? I feel kind of awkward in front of the camera!
Absolutely! Most people feel a little nervous at first, and that's completely normal. My approach is to provide gentle direction and prompts that encourage natural interactions and genuine expressions. I'll guide you into comfortable positions that feel authentic to you, ensuring you look and feel your best without feeling overly posed.
We don't know where to take our pictures?
Don't worry! I've done most of the dirty work and have compiled a list of locations. Use these as a starting point for your photoshoot. You will see sample pictures of sessions past for each location. If none of these places speak to you or you have a special request for a location don't worry! We can keep looking.
Can we print our own photos and post them online?
You will be able to purchase prints right from your gallery. As long as it's for personal use only (you cannot profit or sell them without my permission) and as long as you do not edit or manipulate them in any way - they are yours to use!
Can I choose the music for my video?
Yes, of course! I'm excited to tailor your video to perfectly reflect your personal style. To help me choose the best fit for your footage, please send over 3-5 song options you love.
